They only weigh 8g each and cannot cast them further than 10ft or so.

I tested these in my pool to see what the action was like. I was surprised how well they cast and swim. I was able to cast the lure the length of my pool which is 35ft. I was using a 7' lightweight rod with 6lb fluorocarbon line. The lure floats and then dives to about 2' when retrieved. The two silver lures look fairly realistic, the other three are more of a translucent finish. I am not a pro angler but I think these will catch fish and last at least a fishing season. I think it's a decent product for the cost.

Used this lure 3-4 times over the past month. Attracts nice sized trout in the intercostal waterway of SW Florida. 24" ladyfish yesterday did a number on one of the treble hooks, but lure was still basically intact; just needing a new treble installed. Overall, fish seem to love it.
