Had it a few months, then it broke. Too far out of the return window to send back. Upon breaking it dropped and ruined my $125 bird feeder. Not happy. Not happy at all.

Adjustable Heavy Duty Easy Reach Plant Pulley... Strong and very helpful. Would be improved if pulley tape were about a foot longer (for high ceilings), and if it would not instantly retract when the plant is temporarily removed... Otherwise, a good and helpful product.

It is great not 5 stars only because it is still hard to reach up and pull down-needs a cord on it

Have been using over a year now and they work great so I just bought more. The trick is you just have to lift it a little, then you can pull it down.

I have had more sturdy versions of these for hanging plants or bird feeders. The open hook is an issue for me. I find it better if it has a closed latch so wind or squirrels don't knock it off. It is easier to load feeders or water plants with these devices.

Not truly heavy duty!! Purchased two with one still working -- the second lasted overnight. The next day the inside mechanism (plastic) broke and the plant tumbled down. One is fine but for the price I expected more quality and at least one full summer. Disappointed in the quality.

I originally bought two of these hangers for my hanging flower baskets. One of the two that we first bought broke almost immediately and was very difficult to operate. However, I really want this type of hanger and reorder two more. The new ones work much better and we are pleased with them. Would recommend these to friends.

Just okay... Purchased two of these for hanging plants. One is still working fine, but after just one week, I found one of my baskets on the sidewalk! My husband tried to fix the broken hanger, but it was broke beyond repair in the inside mechanism. 😥
