I prefer GABA rice for its superior nutrition and health benefits, but I don't always have the time to GABA it myself. It's also not always possible, as when we're traveling with our camper, and I'm using an Instant Pot to cook the rice, rather than the rice cooker with GABA setting. This is a great alternative. The taste is excellent, a little toasty, as if it had been lightly scorched, like nurungji; which I hadn't found with the Japanese alternative. I prefer this.Thank you for reading my review. I found out that alive bugs in the rice bag. Not even one it’s a lot!! Omgg This is so disgusting!!!

I'm not Asian, but I have been using and savoring rice for quite a few years. Recently I bought a Jozirushi (?) rice cooker from Amazon, and discovered there was such a thing as Gaba Rice. I have been a fan of brown rice, as well as white rice, for some time, but did not know about Gaba. It is delicious, has a slight crunch, and is healthful and easy to eat. rom America's rice is quite nice, it is worth the extra time it takes to cook, but with the rice cooker, I can set it and forget it! Highly recommended.

We got one bag that had rice weevils. We requested a replacement, and unfortunately that bag also had rice weevils.
