NOT EDIBLE!
ALL dragees I have purchased to date from various companies were edible little confections - that makes sense. I don't understand why anyone would manufacture ( or USE) tiny NON-EDIBLE decorations that need to be picked off the food when most consumers would be used to SPRINKLES being edible!I bought these because It would never occurred to me that such a small decoration for food would NOT be edible, when in all my years of baking sprinkles of all shapes and sizes WERE. So BUYER BEWARE - it seems this brand's metallic dragees ( even the very tiny ones ) are not edible - I will be returning them if I can and will not purchase from them again.

Cheap looking
Some of these are broken and the gold color is peeling off.
