I am a crossfitter overall but also do a lot of individual weight training (lots of squats: back, overhead, front) and oly training. I also ruptured my ACL and tore my meniscus several times in my knee in high school. I have been wearing sleeves for quite awhile. I have used TK (Tommy Konos), a Rheband knockoff, and Evolutionize (like strong sleeves or SBDs). These definitely do not offer as much compression or support as the Evolutionize sleeves. Those styles are geared for powerlifting though so give a lot of support and rebound. These sleeves are a little more pliable than the TK's or the Rheeband knockoffs but are very solid overall. The fit is great (order a size smaller than measured, I was at top end of medium/into large and went with medium). These sleeves go on much easier that TK's because of the inner material and the compression is great. I have only been using them for 3 months, 2 workouts a week (I have a lot of sleeves so not every workout for me) but they still fit well and the move minimal amounts during strength training or metcons (rowing, wall ball, box jumps, running). If you are looking for the support of SBD or wraps then go with something else. If you just want a solid sleeve with great compression, little support, and great fit/placement then go with this. With a lifetime guarantee you can't really go wrong.

Size fit perfectly. Just as good as the expense knee sleeves. Use these for heavy lifting in CrossFit.

So far so good! I've use the knee sleeves just a hand full of times.They stay in place most of the time... and keep my knees warm and supported. They looked to be well built and for the price... it was a great buy. I'd recommend these.

Perfect fitting and stong material

Simply amazing, had meniscus injury in one knee and after a couple of months of rehab and doing nothing but rest this helped me to have more stability and feel more comfortable doing squats, won't do legs with out them again

FANTASTIC compression support ... i am 45 years old, weigh 160 lbs, and suffer from MS and needed knee support to help with my left leg foot drop ... this knee sleeve fits me perfect ( i ordered a size large) i do not need it as much for compression as i do support ... this item is quality made BUT the best thing about it is it is lightweight and comfortable ... it really helps to stabilize my leg / knee ...nice that it comes in a pair and includes a bag ...
