Lovely quality and a great fit, so easy to put in the watch and looks great

I have a few barton watch bands and I love them. I assumed I would love this too and it does look good. Super well built too. Problem is the black rubber layer is actually really hard, sure it bends, but it’s hard, so with the tank tread pattern it’s not a comfortable wear - made worse by the fact it’s quite inflexible so down wrap around your wrist as much as grips it at right angles to the lugs of your watch.Tried to soften it, figured trying to bend the strap to shape it might help - nope - the thing is indestructible. On the plus side, it is indestructible.

I was hoping for a better quality strap. Upon opening there were marks on the strap as if it had been worn already, apart from that it looks quite stylish. It was easy to attach to my Skagen Falster 3, however when wearing it feels quite rigid and doesn't go around my wrist appropriately, making it a little uncomfortable. I assume it will become more comfortable when it gets use to my wrist?

I've used a lot of Barton products and they are generally comfortable and practical. However, this one feels cheap. The leather is too thin and the plastic is too thick - especially near the lugs, where they don't bend easily and don't conform to your wrist at all. Awful strap. Due to the construction, it certainly won't "wear in" either. Very poor.

Great leather strap with silicone inner to make it more durable than just a leather strap, as with all Barton straps the quality of the work is spot on, I’d normally pay mid £20’s for one, got this on sale for £7 absolute no brainier

Batron are great but got this on sale, so very happy.

At first I find the strap uncomfortable / painful so tried it in different sizes and the was no improvement. After a week of wearing it, it is noticeably more comfortable.Some of the leather started to peel away from the rubber strap after a day, but it all will not lift due to the buckle.I think the colour is lighter than the image, but that could be due to screen settings, but it's getting nicely darker with daily use.

Barton has been a decent company for watch bands so I thought I would give their hybrid leather bonded one a try. The idea is great- leather on the outside and ribbed plastic/rubber on the inside. Kept my wrist from getting sweaty and breathes the skin just fine during hot sweaty days. Unfortunately the bonding at the point just past the wrist ajustment is pulling apart from constant on and off action as I switch watches frequently.So this looks great but if it dosen't make it very far past the thirty day warranty then this is obviously a flawed product. I will see if Barton will stand behind their product on this.

Leather separated from the silicon band within 2 weeks of normal wear.

The band material seems to be sturdy and well put together. Time will tell. Definitely more comfortable on my wrist than the oem metal bracelet. The band is stiff, it’s not curving around my wrist well out of the box, I’ll need to shape it to fit a little better, but it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. I’ll probably buy a few different colors so I can swap them out.

Barton makes some nice straps- unfortunately they did not properly show the product or the box it comes in which although very nice leads to a suprise when you order the wrong one. As shown- the 19mm description does not properly describe the measurements till you get the actual product. This can be fixed if they were to actually show the box and the proper way to measure to fit your watch. At the time of this review neither is properly descibed. The total width is 19mm which is what I ordered. What I NEEDED is the 21mm one- but did not know this as that was not provided. Now I have to return this and order another.

Got the black version, wouldn't recommend it.
