Compex Edge 3.0 Muscle Stimulator with TENS Kit – 4 Programs – Helps facilitate and Improve Muscle Performance

I love this company and this tens unit. The ease of use is incomparable. Battery life is good and you get several uses in. The durability is great for always being on the road. Provides what you are looking for and in an organized way.

This unit seems to work for me for tight muscles and shoulder tension. Started using on my lower back but no results seen yet. Very easy to use and the pads stick well. Just remember to put the plastic sheet cover back on the pads when not in use.

The product is great but the charger is proprietary even though the site says standard USB, no USB cords work. So if you lose the cord, I can't find a way to buy just a new charging cable. The compex customer service phone says to email. I'm still waiting to hear back on the email I sent yesterday. Seems extremely hard to get help when a universal charging port would've been so much easier

I had a really cheap TENS kit and wanted to upgrade. This thing is great so far. High quality connectors and pad, and I really good user interface that walks you through the setup. A short manual, which is fine. Good strong pulses, which was the most important thing I was looking for. You can set level from 1-100, I've only hit about 60 and it was plenty strong.

The Compex NMES device worked beautifully for muscle stimulation—easy to use and very effective. Unfortunately, the charging port was difficult to connect from the beginning and broke after just four uses. Now the device won’t charge at all. For a premium product, I expected better durability. Great functionality, but short-lived. Fortunately, the warranty covered the device and Compex customer service replaced the whole thing. The replacement charges better than the initial purchase. I highly recommend.

I like the product and it seems to be working as promised so far. My disappointment comes with the fact that there is no user manual included. There is a sheet with instruction to find the user manual online. For this particular model, there doesn't seem to be a manual posted online. You are also directed to register the product to ensure the warranty is in place, but when you go to do so, this particular model is not listed in their dropdown. I have contacted their customer service explaining that I couldn't find the user manual and their response was to direct me to the main website after I already stated it wasn't there. It doesn't seem like the person responding read my request at all. I responded to reiterate that but no one has responded since. I figured it out on my own however now I have also messaged to understand how to register the product and am hoping that they actually read my message this time and respond. Not impressed with their customer service.

Me llegó totalmente nuevo y perfectamente bien empacado Todo excelente y es muy fácil usarlo Hay que cargarlo unas 4 horas para que su pila esté al 100 y posterior se pueda usar sin problema alguno
