Q: Has anyone owned these for a few years to know if the black fades?? TIA

If they work, which everyone has said that they do, not sure how fading is a problem. If it is bothersome , put them in a proper storage box Where light cannot get to them and there will be no fading or cracking just like any other item left and the sun will crack and fade if not covered. Learned that lesson with army man 55 years ago that were made out of plastic if you leave them outside they will crack and fade.. If you leave anything outside, overtime, the sun will make fade it. Hope that helps specifically and just in general

Q: Where are these made? What country?

The box that these wheel chocks came in says "MADE IN CHINA" I am confident that they are not made in the USA

Q: I need to use chocks for materials-handling of large rolls, often light-colored materials. Do these leaving skid or scuff marks on other surfaces?

I use these to chock trailer tires. Many times the tires are chocked on concrete and I've never noticed any black marks on the concrete.

Q: My car just long enough to fit my garage.Can these be fixed to ground so as to use as assistance for parking car in garage

I think you could, just would be better if you also added a tennis ball hanging from ceiling touching windshield for a second indicator.
