My boyfriend and I are both taking these with mixed results... He is taking them because of allergies and sinus issues. the typical allergy medication makes him "rage" so he's been looking for a substitution all his life. Quercetin is supposed to help with some of his issues. I'm taking these because of how changing weather from heat to humidity affects my breathing and general respiratory health. We are both aging adults too and we are looking to just be able to not get so huffy puffy in a short period of time. I've used other brands and experienced more immediate results where I noticed my lungs opening up and I was not wheezing as much. So far, Quercetin is providing some relief, not a very drastic change, but not as "itchy" and with no adverse effects. Comparing to the other brand, at the 2-week point, we are not super impressed. Maybe we will experience additional results in another 2 weeks since this product offers a 2-month supply. Otherwise, the search continues...

No noticeable results. Didn't really do anything.Shipped quickly in a well-padded envelope.Dosage was manageable with only one pill daily. Didn't notice any change, nor did I notice any problems.I would not recommend this.

I've had damaged bronchial airways for the last 30 years due to overexposure to inks, fragrances, and harmful household and office products. Inhalers provide some relief but I'm always searching for that magic pill that will unblock my system. Maybe my search will be fruitless.O!VITA has some good quality ingredients that I'm sure help but they are no magic cure. Still, I'll keep taking these until I find something better. No negative side-effects. Some positive results.

This supplement has great ingredients both to strengthen the immune system and particularly for the Respiratory system, I take one everyday to help me breathe better!! Not only am I a smoker, I have spring and summer allergies and this has all the natural supplements that open up my lungs and I have much less problems with allergies and always feel like my lungs are clear and functioning well...!!! These are average size gel caps and easy to take. My husband is taking these since he has sinus issues. Since starting these pills he has had no negative side effects. He is taking one a day per the label and has noticed a little improvement with his breathing, but will have to take them longer to determine if they will help him long term. This Ovita brand is a healthy product and the company gives a 2 month supply at an affordable price.
