Haier HW90-B14636N Freestanding Washing Machine With LED Display, 9kg Load, 1400RPM, Direct Motion, White, 2021-9kg 636 [Energy Class A]

The Haier HW90-B14636N is a little hidden treasure. Well put together. Has the right number of features for this price point. The best thing is that its really really quiet. The black glass fornt door looks smart but it does mean you can`t see in. All the controls are simple to understand. It has a 1m cold water feed hose and 1.5m outflow waste pipe whichcan be stretched slightly. The cold water feed is on the right and the waste water is on the left as you look at the washing machine front on.

Washing machine gave up the ghost and we were very limited with size due to smallish gap to fit in. This was one of very few suitable for quick delivery. Took a bit of a gamble as never heard of this make before and was a bit more expensive than some other makes but needs must. Firstly has a 7kg capacity which for the overall dimensions is great. Our old one was only 5kg load. Amazingly there is so little noise when it’s working you need to look at the display to make sure it’s actually on!! It is the quietest machine we have ever had, not kidding. Apparently, that’s due to it being beltless. Also has anti bacterial technology meaning especially suitable for baby stuff. The build quality is excellent and even I can operate it to the surprise of my wife. Looks smart too with black door on white machine. Perhaps most importantly it really washes items well and there’s a large array of wash selections, manual easy to follow too. Really happy with it.

Purchased this just over a month ago - I appreciate this is a small timeframe - it's quiet, and deals with the washing of 2 adults and 3 (very messy children).Pretty much all I want from a washing machine

It dries clothes.Gripes firstIn the spec it says there's an internal light, but there's not.There is no way of turning the beep off other than opening the door ... and it goes off for hours.It's a little difficult to clean the cooling unit, but a damp cloth usually does it.Keep the fluff down after every other dry.It's ridiculously heavy (like washing machine heavy). If you stack it - It's a 2 (regular) person jobGood points it works trouble free (so far) and dries the clothes well.

We were looking for an A rated washing machine to try save on energy use as with a baby it's on most days. Delighted with it so far. Seems much cheaper to run by about 50 percent and no issues plumbing in when it arrived. So so so quiet even on the top 1400rpm spin so huge bonus as it's under our daughters bedroom so no worries while she is sleeping. Very happy so far.

I bought this product back in July 2021 on Amazon's great payment plan. Before I had finished paying the plan off, the dryer was malfunctioning. The drum was spinning when plugged in at the wall, regardless of what else i was trying to do and it wouldn't heat up anymore. I contacted Haier, who sent an engineer. He informed me that it needed a certain part and it may not be readily available. I kept in contact and was told the engineer never ordered a new part, he did buy it never arrived, it's still not in stock etc. Eventually I got in contact with Amazon who seamlessly scheduled a pick up and replacement. Now I have a working dryer again.When the old one worked, it was great. And so far the new one has been just as good. I can imagine I was just unlucky in my machine not working, but if customer support is really important to you then maybe give Haier a miss. Amazon, however, were faultless!

Was sceptical at first because of the price compared to other brands with similar features but have been pleasantly surprised. Great value for money, easy to use and looks stylish with the black glass door. Effective washing even at the lowest temperature setting - really important when energy costs are so high! Great buy!!

My 17 year old tumble dryer finally died on me last week so read a lot of reviews concerning new models and most came up with heat pumps as they are supposed to more economical but not if they take twice as long as the old type, which this one does. this was recommended as the best under £500.00,Well I'm not impressed, as I said it takes twice as long as my old one{the sort you put a hose through the wall} has far too many programmes which I think is not necessary and is incredibly noisy, even more so than my old one. When I sit at my dinner table in another room, it makes it tremble, you can't completely empty the tank, at least half a cup is left behind. I was desperate for a tumble dryer and this was available but I wouldn't recommend this and would have sent it back if I had kept the packaging.Dec2022 a year on and I feel even more strongly about how disappointing this is, for a load of towels it can take up to 4 hours to dry, how can that be economical. Also there are 4 filters that have to be cleaned after almost every use, one which needs to be hoovered to clean it properly. I found this on a Which report but can't believe they gave it a top rating
