Hot tub happy
It set up so fast! Easy to setup and fill. The only thing I have problem with is size. There is no way to fit 6 adult people in it. 3 fits nicely! But all in all it does it’s job!!

Hot Tub doesn't actually heat the water.
This is brand new, just out of the box and I live in the southwest, after running with the cover on for over 4 hours, the temperature never rose over 84 degrees. WHICH WAS THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE. The water actually got colder once the top came off, down to 74 degrees. There is no warm water coming out of the "heated" outlet, it is the same temperature as it went in. The stated heating rate is "Heating Rate: 34-36°F/hr." Or is it about 1.8℉-3.6℉ per hour. Depends on which part of their description you read.Might have to do with the same size "heater" being used for three different sized pools.Did I mention that the water got colder?Upon bringing this to the seller's attention, I was advised that I should heat the water to 95 degrees BEFORE putting it in the HOT TUB. That's 265 gallons of water you should be heating up and dumping in BEFORE using the heater on the HOT TUB.The idea that I would have to put already heated water into the HOT TUB in order for it to even approach being a HOT TUB is ridiculous, don't you think? 84 degrees is where this thing topped out.On a 90 degree day.In the sun.Now I suppose I'll have to fight with them for a while to get them to honor that "usual strong warranty"Frankly, I just want my money back, but judging from some other reviews, that may be as big a fantasy as the HOT TUB part of this kiddie pool. Will update as we go along.

Total waste of money
This so called “Hot Tub” is a joke. And even worse is the customer service. Here’s what happened, received the product sorta fast, 12 business days. Set up and filled with water. Turned on the heater and filter and added chemicals. 5 days later the water wasn’t warmer. The heater was broken. So I sent an email, they then sent me a replacement sensor 6 weeks later that was the wrong one. Got another one 3 weeks later and put it in, but once you open it all up, it leaks like crazy. Took me 3 times of siliconing everything to get it to stop leaking. So it’s been over 9 weeks and I still haven’t got to use it. Finally warms up to 102 degrees (never 104 and that was in summer) and I’m going to get in. But wait, the bubbles don’t work. I send an email but got no response. I used it a total of 6 times before the heater went bad again. Literally 11 weeks of owning it and it only worked for less than 14 days total. I sent ANOTHER email and guess what….. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE! Amazon should not allow this type of crap to be sold.

Poor Heating Functionality
Good size, comfort is good, thought the bottom would need seats or something but not the case. The only issue I have with this is the heater doesn’t get above 98-99 and it’s been covered for days. I have it set for the max 104 but it never gets there. Ends up being a warm bath….disappointing…Update: the heater doesn’t work at all at this point 3 months in.

East set up
The box was delivered to my front porch and it weighed about 50 pounds. We carried it to the backyard and set it up in about 30 minutes. It was about 50 degrees and took at least half a day to warm it up to 100 degrees. So far very pleased.
