BullFrog Water Sport SPF 50 Sunscreen Lotion 5 oz

I ordered 2 bottles of this lotion and 2 of the same product spray for a week at the beach. It holds up to it's reputation. I did get a little sun, but was not burned at all. I put on liberally prior to going outside and again every few hours. I used the spray on my back where I couldn't reach it and once I had sand on my feet, it was easier to apply than the lotion. I used about 1.5 of each product for 7 days at the beach outside in the sun the whole trip. I would highly recommend this product, especially for kids. It held up to being in the water and keeping me from getting burned.

Usually we just apply once and seems to last all day. No real smell to it and we like how it's not greasy like a lot of other lotions. Never got a sunburn yet with this product, whether in New Jersey or Florida summer!

Love the lotion. I apply it and don't even know I have it on. Not much of a scent either. I have also used the gel and I find it kind of not really sticky but, yeah, sticky and annoying. Other products have seemed similar in that I don't like the feel on my skin. The new products are much better than the old Coppertone ones where you could tell from 100 ft that someone had it on. I have used a bunch of different products and I like this one the best.

This is the best sunscreen ever. I’m basically translucent and if I apply this correctly, I don’t get burnt. I say that because I have missed spots occasionally and those are always the spots that get burned, lol. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I will always buy bullfrog forever now. I do feel like the cream works better than the spray too.

If you're around water and in the full sun, and we are at the lake often out on a boat, you can NOT beat the protective attributes of Bull Frog sunscreens. They work even better than their own advertisements. We've tried many different brands, and every time we went with something else "because it was on sale" or perhaps we were in a remote area at a bait and tackle shop that didn't carry Bull Frog (YET!), we regretted it. We make sure we're stocked up on it BEFORE we leave to go to the lake so we don't run into that again. Because Bull Frog is so perfect... EVERY time.. we will never use anything else, and we haven't used anything else for years now. Our favorite is the Mosquito Coast line, but this water resistant broad spectrum 50 is perfect for a day on the lake. It's even great on sensitive skin, and it absorbs turbo quick without leaving yucky residue or stickiness. Absolutely Bull Frog is the best stuff on the market!

It's a good product, not what I was expecting but I didn't fully read the description. This is a cream-based sunblock, put it on and rub it in. Then wait a bit and go to the pool. I was actually looking for the gel-based sunblock I had 20 years ago. That stuff was amazing. This did the job though, no sunburns. I recommend it.

I LOVE this stuff. I've used Bull Frog for almost 15 years since I was first introduced to it. I am fair skinned, but spend a decent amount of time in the sun (and water) for work. What is so amazing about this is how I only need one application for all-day protection and how it protects me from burning, but also let's me tan (naturally, not intentionally). For example, I recently spend some time at a amusement park with my kids. We would all lube up in the morning and - without a second application - spend all day in the blistering sun AND go to the pool and/or beach and then back to the park without a single instance of sunburn. And this has been my experience for years when spending time on boats and in/near the water. HIGHLY recommend!

This is the only sunblock my family uses. We travel to beaches frequently and have had several bad experience with other brands. The ease of coverage, longevity of protection and lack of “caking” is what will keep me purchasing for years to come. Also, no foul sunscreen odor that others tend to have.
