Very basic for beginners
I returned the book as I found it very basic. It quotes the 7 principles of psychology by Robert Cialdini. This book may be ok for a beginner just starting off, but to better understand 7 principles of persuasion by Robert Cialdini, you need to read the book by him "Influence: Psychology of persuasion".

This is an excellent book. Simple to follow with great ideas. Really makes the selling process simple for a rookie.

Very informative read
This is a great book! I wasnโt sure what to expect but the information is genuine and well supported. It teaches you how to make sales without being sleazy. I own a personal training studio and even though I am not selling a product I learned a lot from this book. Whether you are selling a service or product this is a must read. Itโs also an easy read. Highly recommend
