Caring for a Loved One with an Eating Disorder: The New Maudsley Skills-Based Training Manual

My adult 19 yo daughter is home waiting for insurance to approve residential....could be weeks of a wait list. Anyways read that MANTRA was rather evidence based treatment for AN for adults from AED. I started to look for books of the treatment and came up with this. I have a friend who is a school psych PHD who would assign pages etc. But this is not what I thought it would be. Meant for group facilitators to guide parents, siblings and friends in group meetings. I may have him lead us in a group to prepare us when she returns from residential.
