I’m sure it’s more “breathable” than a mask should be, but it seems like adequate protection for outdoor exercise when nobody’s really around you anyway, but you want to have something to easily put in place if needed. It’s easy up and down when you have long stretches by yourself. It’s got a nice flexible wire in the nose to make it fit more closely. I have the S/M and my husband has the L/XL, and we’ve both worn each other’s without issue so sizing is not hugely important. I’m back for a third. Review: I wear a 4 ply mask and use this over it. It feels a smidge small but I am okay with that. It lays nicely, is durable, and keeps me cool. I love that the back is open!

Love it. I exercise with it and it protects my face so well. Not stuffy at all.

This mask provided me with good sun protection so far, and the design in the ear prevent it from falling. however, it is pretty tight around the nose

This mask is AWESOME. it's loose enough that you can breathe in vigorous exercise (this factor alone disqualified tons of products) but it doesn't flap out when I look down. For hiking this is really important, I need to be able to look down at rocks and portruding tree stumps. Other masks would flail out creating blind spots. Another bonus is that its moisture wicking - it doesn't stay sticky even my face begins to perspire. Fantastic product, will recommend to other athletes looking for outdoor activity sun guard 10/10!!!
