I bought this for my son who is a welder on the river and he loves it

Bought this along with a pair of auto darkening welding glasses to substitute my regular welding mask in tight spaces. At first it bent my nose to one side and then to the other while closing off the opposite nostril. With a little finagling, I was able to optimize the fit. But only to the point that it still squishes my nose but keeps both nostrils open. I have a pronounced bridge. And the lower fold of the opening bears down on it quite a bit. An opportunity for improvement is for Ergodyne to add a nose pouch or semi rigid structure to accommodate more pronounced bridges. Or reshape the lower opening so that the fold rests comfortably above instead of on the bridge without covering the eyes. Four stars for the material and workmanship. But minus 1 for my squished and still partially exposed nose (watch video).

It’s very good. The only problem is that the fabric is a little too rough and itchy, especially on the forehead. I haven’t washed it yet maybe that will help.
