Caprese Salad - a new way
Caprese salad - cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese cut ( the tomatoes in half and the cheese into small cubes) and covered with a thin stream of Fig Balsamic Vinegar Glaze of Modena is quick and easy to prepare and delicious. I eat it as a snack midday.

This stuff is fantastic, I use it to drizzle over grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, chicken and pork chops. I also mix it with light mayo and dip broccoli cheese tots into it. Ordering my second bottle, and it's 100% worth the price. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

I LOVE THIS STUFF. I PUT IT ON ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING.!! my favorite is taking candied pecans, blue cheese, a little bit of honey and the fig balsamic glaze. It makes a great dip.

Taste like Balsamic Reduction,not Figs
The product is very good, a tasty syrup of sweet balsamic reduction. The price point was great. However I had been gifted a delicious balsamic fig syrup, don't remember the brand, so that's what I was expecting to really taste figs in the mix. There's a slight fruit sweetness but it could be anything.
