This was my experience with the product: They are extremely sticky. I had hoped based on previous reviews that they would not leave a stain. On Christmas morning, my son shot 5 of them at our very high ceiling. They all stuck for several days. When 1 came down, there was a stain. It took us a while to get the remaining 4 down because they are extremely sticky. Now we have 5 stains.I am including pictures of my experience with the product.

No doubt about it - these are the best. They aim better than rubber bands, though with more mass and resistance they don't fly as far. They stick then slide down windows and glass doors with great effect. They delight recipients as they sail over cubicle partitions and yield a satisfying "Ow!" upon direct hits with an accompanying "Wha the... I just got hit by a rubber chicken???" This was the most satisfying purchase I have ever made on Amazon

Bought these for stocking stuffers - tested one out when I first got it by flinging it to the ceiling. It’s been about 5 months now and little Arnold the Ceiling duck is still going strong.Pretty awesome

These little rubber chickens are a blast to play with. Hours of fun for kids from 8 to 80. As you can see from the photo they will stick to surfaces. If you have high ceilings, you may want to refrain from shooting the chickens up as they may not come down for days, or not at all. The package also came with a surprise package of water orbs. Place these in water and watch them grow. They grow into slimy balls that you can use to decorate a vase or toilet.

Really cool little toy.It takes a couple tries to get the hang of launching these little chickens, but they do fly a decent distance. 10-20 feet indoors easily and with reasonable accuracy (for what they are).I've been extremely impressed with the elasticity of them. I've stretched them pretty far, and so far no signs of cracking or breaking. Most toys like this that I've seen break sooner than they seem like they should.

OMG, these flying chickens are hilarious. With family gathered in my living room to open Christmas gifts, I gave one of these to each person, young and old. Chickens were flying everywhere. We laughed so hard and no damage was done. They are very light and hurt no one.

I used this product as part of an educational game with my students and they had a lot of fun! My teaching colleagues heard the commotion, came in and, played - and even took a few slingshot chickens to use with their own classes! However, for almost $20, I feel the price is a bit high, considering it's mainly rubber...

These were perfect for a joke gift. They were a hit. We had so much fun.
