The custom pet nose pendant kit from Precious Metal Prints has everything that you need to take your impression and have a custom pet nose pendant made. Simply read the detailed instructions, take the impression and mail it to the provided address. Precious Metal Prints will get to work crafting your one-of-a-kind pendant, initials and 18" gold filled chain included. Please allow 3-4 weeks for completed pendant to be mailed to you. Review: A great memory. Didn't get the mold the first try though - The necklace came out beautiful I am very happy and I received it faster than I thought. I did have am issue getting the mold the first time. It dried way too quick. It's hard to only have one chance to get it with the molding putty they provide. Luckily I also had molding putting at home. My beautiful girl was terminal so I did not have time to order or ask for a replacement from precious metals type of putty but Luckily they were able to use the type of putty I had used to make the print when I had reached out after her passing. Because it took me a few tries even after that. Because she kept sneezing. But yes customer service was nice and said I can ship my type of putty mold as long as it was hardened. So I recommend maybe ordering a molding putty from desertcart if you have next day or two day shipping if you are in a similar situation as me where you don't have alot of time left with your love. But I am so happy with the result Review: Lovely results, but plan ahead! - We have used this company twice, for two of our older dogs when they had emergencies that meant they needed to be put to sleep. My advice is to do your imprints when time is not of the essence, because if anything goes wrong, of course you will be unlikely to try again. In my case the kit they sent failed, and they didn't feel the impression I made using a similar kit from the craft store was usable and tried to send it back. I emphasized that my pet was already gone and there was no choice but to use the impression I sent. They did so, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I'm deducting one star for poor communication as I had tried to avoid these issues-- I sent them an email letting them know what happened, with a picture of the impression, PRIOR to mailing the kit back and at that point they said it would be fine. So imo, all of this was avoidable if they had followed up. Either way, in the future I will order these kits and take impressions long before the end of a pet's life and suggest others do the same.

Happy but not as detailed as expected
The imprint kit was easy to use. I was able to try 3 times to get a good impression. I had no issues sending or receiving the kit or necklace. I am mostly happy with the result. I ordered 2 necklaces so I have one to wear and one to keep. I do wish it was more detailed. It looks like some of the nose detail from the impression was lost as it was polished but I still love the necklace.

Birthday gift
Bought this for my MIL before her sweet dog of 12 years passed, got it just in time and now she has a keepsake of Annabelle

Just as promised!
Our daughter had tears when she opened the gift at Christmas. She made the print, following the directions, and sent it in. She got it back today and loves it! It’s beautiful, and the detail of her cat’s nose is perfect. I’m really pleased with the turn-around time. About two weeks, I think.
