They work well
These clean the air quite well. We are sensitive to lots of allergens, and these filters seem to catch everything.

>>> They LOOK good. Fit perfectly. No dead space. Recommended by a consumer magazine.
For about 20 years, I've been buying furnace filters for my oddly-sized 23 x 25 frame from a local specialty filter store (they sell not just furnace filters, but filters for industry and filters for semi-trucks, for instance).23 x 25 is a size that NOBODY keeps in stock, and filters have to be specially cut and specially ordered. The last time I bought, 2 years ago, my local store had changed manufacturers, and the new filters were made of 2 smaller-sized filters glued together with cardboard -- and that cardboard covered about 1/4 of the filter's surface area.My purchase of Accumulair filters was the first time I've bought online. This brand was among those recommended by a well-known consumer magazine for more common filter sizes. The 6 filters I ordered were sealed in plastic inside the Amazon box, and the size is marked on the end of each filter. And, it's the full filter, without any loss of surface area. They seem as thick as filters I've used in the past, and have wire supports in the filter. And they fit better than the last sets of filters I had -- maybe 1/16" narrower, so they slide into the filter slot more easily. Thanks, Accumulair.Of course, there's no way I would be able to tell how well they do their job -- we'll have to depend on information provided by Accumulair for that!

Usual GOOD merv 11 filters.
Usual GOOD merv 11 filters. From research I have done merv 11 is about as high as I can go without affecting air flow. I have been using this make for MANY years without any problems. They are a little weak at the edges so I just put a piece of masking tape on each of the four corners to reinforce before install.

Good filters at a nice price
Docked one star simply because everything has gotten ridiculously expensive and these are no exception; I've been using this brand for a long time and they work as-expected without problems. The usual logic is "change every 3 months" but this is VERY environmentally-dependent; some places are simply far more-dusty than others but a restricting filter does impact energy use and in extreme circumstances can damage the blower motor and shorten its life. In a lot of areas of the country where you have significant "shoulder intervals" where HVAC use is minimal you can shift the timing so as to cut it down to two or three changes in a year instead of four.

Like these filters
The filters fit and work as expected. We got good life from the first one. Expecting the 6 pack to last over a year.

Great Filter!
Great filters. I notice I don't need to take an antihistamine anymore. But I'm pretty sure it's because our old filters hadn't been changed in years. I finally decided to check the HVAC system myself and found out how to change the filters. I'm used to just changing the central air filter like in a residential system. I first looked at it because our AC couldn't cool below 76F. In our commercial one, it looks like there were intake filters at the bottom of the inside unit. Weird thing was that we have an HVAC technican that comes out once a year and never told us to change the filters. Anyways, I'm pretty sure our cooling performance was bad because of the old filters, but the allergy thing is what made me give the product five stars. Also, the fact that I can actually buy them in this size is another big plus. None of the big box stores have them in this size.Anyways, our AC system uses a custom size I couldn't find in the store and the previous filters were custom cut from The Flanders Natural Aire filter, Fits up to 20 X 30, cut-to-fit. The ones we ordered were near perfect. Maybe just a quarter of an inch too long. We were able to squeeze it in though.I've attached pictures of our filter to show people what happens when they don't get changed. Always good to know where they are and how to change them even if you have an HVAC company managing them. After the change, the AC was much cooler with temps in the 61-65F range.

Wrong product size delivered and did not match the description ordered.
Very disappointed in the accuracy of the air filter sizes being sold. This is critical as a 1/4 inch can make the difference for not being able to use. Accumulair was the brand of disappointment.

Dimensions are "as advertised."
These, larger than typical, filters are required in our geothermal system, but were impossible to find locally. They fit perfectly. No more cutting and splicing/taping of two 16"x24" filters to make one 24"x28"!!

would buy again
