QUOKKA 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle for Adults Mythories Burning Ham – Improved Version

These puzzle sets by this company are fun and challenging. The pieces are of unique shapes and sizes with no dust! There is always so much going on in the scenes of their puzzles. Pieces are of good quality, albeit very thin and difficult to pick up with arthritic fingers. They fit together nicely and stay together. I had already purchased and completed the first set last year and I purchased the entire second set this year. If you like doing puzzles with a lot of things going on in the scene and pieces of unique shapes, then I recommend these puzzles.

This is ao much fun! My aunt and I aren’t even finished putting it together and are looking forward to doing another one. The pieces are nice and thick, go together with ease, and stay together when picking up a completed section. So far I have not noticed any missing pieces but, again I haven’t finished the puzzle yet. The poster of the puzzles picture is printed on thin paper is starting to tear. It would be nice if there were at least two posters available for multiple people. This is a bit challenging but a lot of fun! I will definitely buy more of these puzzles.

The QUOKKA 1000 Piece Galactic Tails Puzzle is a fun-to-assemble puzzle with a variety of differently shaped pieces of various sizes, a guide that isn't always helpful because there are small discrepancies in the image that are designed to throw you off, and whimsical things going in on the puzzle in every corner that make it interesting and fun to look at. I loved how highly detailed the image was - if you've ever looked at a "Where's Waldo" book, the image is similar in that there's just a lot going on. The pieces fit together snugly, there is no dust or poorly cut edges, and the finished puzzle looks great. The only thing I didn't like about this particular puzzle is that there was one piece missing. When I contacted the company, they were not able to send me a replacement piece. My options were to return and repurchase, which unfortunately, I'm out of the return window for. That was a disappointment, but would this stop me from buying another puzzle from this company? Probably not - the puzzle was fun to assemble, and the lesson - start the puzzle earlier. Overall, it's a great puzzle, but definitely start working on it immediately, just in case there is a single piece missing.

This was so much fun!!! Reminded me of the magic puzzle company. Amazing detail, great unique pieces and soo much fun!! Very creative and i love looking at the amount of detail in the puzzles. My partner bought me a few for christmas I am so excited to do them all!

Great puzzle, put about 60% together without using the picture. The search and find part was too much effort. Only complaint would be it's larger than a normal 1k puzzle (large pieces) so didn't fit on my puzzle board for 1k pieces. I ended up having to use a puzzle board for 1500 pieces and perfectly fit on that. So if space is an issue, something to pay attention to. I should say the picture was funny and enjoyed that it wasn't 100% exactly like the picture with added people in the scenes in various parts so enjoyed finding the "extras".

Some pieces were a little warped. That made it a little hard to fit together. The puzzle had a very glossy finish which made it a little hard to see at certain angles. There were a few “surprises” in it, but nothing great.

Kids and I are putting this one together now and its fun. Has lots of different themed rooms. The pieces are sturdy and well made.

Maybe the best puzzle I’ve done in my 70+ years. Unique shapes and pieces (like circles within circles, aliens and spaceships), a huge guide, and a hundred objects that sneak humorously into the puzzle that are not in the guide (like an alien sitting on the wing of a space shuttle). Post-completion search-and-find games add to the overall experience. Entertaining from start to finish.
