I purchased this golden milk powder quite some time ago. Initially I wasn’t a huge fan of it and it sat in my cabinet for longer than I care to admit.I decided to try it again and I have been loving it. I drink on average 2 glasses a day.When I first purchased it I wasn’t doing much dairy and made my golden milk with canned coconut milk. - I just wasn’t a fan.Well, I gave up coffee a year ago and with the cold weather I’ve been missing my hot morning drink. A friend introduced me to Big Train Chai Tea. Honestly, I enjoyed the comfort of the warm rich beverage but it was too sweet and not exactly healthy.Now I get the best of both worlds, Here’s what I do and love it-I put about a cup of farm fresh milk in my milk frother/steamer. Once that gets going I put two heaping tablespoons of my Big Train Spiced Chai Tea powder. Then one teaspoon of this golden milk. It’s continues frothing... I then pour 1/4-1/3” of heavy cream in to my large tea mug and once the frother stops I pour my Golden Milk spiced chai tea into the mug with the cream.It is delicious!!! I’m honestly sleeping better, less stressed and while I haven’t been eating breakfast this keeps me satisfied. Unexpected perk is that it also keeps you regular. Lol.4 of my 5 children like to sneak sips and often ask if I’ll make them some. The youngest being barely 3 and the oldest 10.While my concoction isn’t the healthiest way of making golden milk it works for my family. I’m not drinking my coffee which would have me feeling like my heart is racing and I’d have a “crash” every afternoon. And I’m reaping the benefits of these herbs without sacrificing flavor. I’ve been doing this for a couple months now and I’m hooked.- for the people that complain about the quantity of the jar- you’re not being robbed- this item is sold by weight NOT volume.This is a quality product.

Pro: the ashwaganda makes me sleepy and relaxed quickly, which I appreciate as a person with chronic insomnia who doesn’t like the grogginess pills give me.Con: the product does not mix well. I’ve never liked warm milk, so I tried cold almond milk and it remained clumpy no matter how much stirring or time I let it sit. Tried it with hot (latte-ish) almond milk just now and similar issue - it clumps and settles in the bottom of my mug. Since I’m looking for the sedative effect I realkt need it to mix so I can make the most of the ashwaganda!

I initially started making this from scratch in my own. But that did not last very long. This blend is just as effective and taste delicious too. We add a yeast of maple syrup and that’s it. My daughter likes it warm with almond milk.

I really like this, it's delicious, I use (unsweetened vanilla) almond milk or cashew milk or coconut milk and add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup, sometimes a dash of cinnamon . It's my bedtime nightcap and I do think it helps me calm down and sleep. The ONLY drawbacks are that at the end of the cup, there's often gritty powder left at the bottom, and sometimes I have a heck of a time stirring it into the warm milk with out it leaving powdery lumps... Still I have and will buy some more.

Been taken this blend every morning for a month..I drink artisan coffee with GAIA BLEND WITH AN HINT OF SWEET ITALIAN CREAM.and notice an extra natural stream of energy and clarity for an couple of hrs..At night time I have more reM sleep and more dream that I have had in years.Also noticed enhanced sexual sensitivity than normal..I looked up more info on the ingredients and notice the reason on one of the herbs in the blend will affect most men..Also my belief is that I also enhanced my immunity because everyone in my family have been sick longer than normal this season and I haven't been affected and I am around them taking care of them..I just starting slowly incorporating mushroom blend powder to make it a Super coffee blend in the morning afterSome research..The only down side is that it took almost 2 glasses of golden milk and had to order 2 more at the end of the month..

OMG!! I could not pick up a pen roll my toes and my hands hurt all the time. After taking this I can feel my feet and pick up things with my toes!! My hands also are more flexible and less pain. Will see what happens at the next cholesterol test for the numbers to see if they are better too! Granted I also do PT in hands and feet but had been doing it in pain. I am glad I made the effort to get this. Even if it did not work like it has for me I would buy anyway and am on my 4th jar!! Tastes better than hot chocolate. I use coconut milk and add a tad of honey, vanilla , nut meg, ginger, and cinnamon. I drink it hot or cold. YUMMY!!!!

I purchased this on recommendation from a health food store. I figured it was much easier than creating my own from a recipe. This is a quality brand however it is not very flavorful. It does taste a little better if you add honey or agave to it, but my whole purpose was to get something to drink as is. It is a great product, it just didn't meet my desire to have more of a spicy flavor. I would recommend it if you just want a basic golden milk.

4 plus stars for the product. It has a nice mild taste, is very relaxing as a warm drink before bed, seems to help me sleep more peacefully but the only drawback for me is that I can never get it to mix completely and end up eating whats left in the bottom at the end, despite stirring throughout the time spent drinking it. Otherwise, wonderful product that I will continue to buy and do recommend.
