would have liked a little more fine ground but its good enough

I wanted milled so they would be easier to digest. They are ground up well and no weird taste. It is hard to find ways to use it where it doesn't just ball up into goo balls, but I find just sprinkling it on some peanut butter sandwich works fine for me, doesn't add any flavor but I get the benefits.

It was just as described and arrived quickly. Will be reordering!

I love the nutritional benefits of chia seeds but am not supposed to consume them with my diverticulitis. This ground seed option is perfect. We use them in overnight oats and protein shakes.

All the benefit of chia seeds without having to chew each individual seed! I pour these in yogurt and smoothies. Great alternative to whole chia.

I like mixing this in with various dishes. It is a great source of omega 3, micronutrients and fiber.

I've always used whole chia seeds before, and I wasn't sure what to expect with this stuff. It ended up being great, I use it to make chia pudding with almond milk. The little pieces dissolve much better than whole seeds, and they taste the same. It's not a fine powder, but it's fine enough. Fresh taste. I'll definitely buy it again.

Having previously purchased whole chia seeds and then read that chia seeds need to be consumed milled (ground) so that thenutrients are released and thus consumed. I have definitely noticed a difference and continue to buy it MILLED.

Great product, I am so happy that is Organic and will be buying it many more time.It works, makes you feel fuller for longer and less hungry.
