A great product
I've used this for years but the store I used to get this stopped carrying the Ham and so happy I could find it here. I love the Chicken and Beef flavors as well as a economical alternative to using broth or to stretch or add flavor to the broth I do have. I just omit any extra salt when I use this as this has enough for my taste.

Excellent ham flavor
I've been buying this for years. It's prefect to flavor cabbage, green beans, soups and so much more. Has authentic ham taste. I always keep this on hand in my kitchen.

The yoyo's at the factory glued a bar code right over the directions. If you peel the bar code off, then so go the directions. I think I can figure out how to use the product, but it would have been nice to know what the manufacturer wanted me to know.

Good flavor. Tastes like ham you'd season beans with. One gram sugar. Salty.
Review -- 4.5 Tastes like a hamhock should. Makes 55 cups seasoning. Like much better than Bada. Dry. Pretty salty. Close thoroughly after use, (and don't hit your spouse with it because the glass is substantial). Looking forward to using with pinto beans. (Think it is a new product or new-to-Amazon.)

High quality
Used sorting ton Farms Broth Bases before & the Ham Base follows the same high quality ingredients & taste as the other types. High in flavor & lower in salt.

Stay pork-sitive!
Iโve been buying my top two favorite ham bullions for years now (Better Than & Goya). When cooking Southern beans, greens, and peas; I like to jeuje it up by adding ham bullion to the broth I make with either a leftover ham bone or smoked ham hocks. I decided to try to find a larger more cost effective option. After comparing these products, I will continue to stick with my top 2 options despite quantity or cost. Rated in order from favorite to least liked: 1. Better Than Bouillon Ham Base (refrigerated) this thick blendable base easily spoons right out of the jar to add a robust baked ham flavor 2. Goya Ham Flavored Concentrate Is a powder that adds a very rich smoky ham flavor. The powder can harden if the packets sit on your shelf for a bit but still dissolve easily. 3. Lb Jamison Ham Soup Base Was not overly flavorful, sandy consistency prone to caking, not a terrible choice but would not buy again if my first 2 options are available. 4. Badia Ham Seasoning Tastes like imitation bacon bits (i.e. fake bacon) and is a coarse crystallized granular consistency 5. Orrington Farms Broth Base Ham Would be great in a ham soup with lots of veggies as it has a very vegamite/celery aroma and taste. The sandy consistency was also prone to caking. I primarily use ham bullion to enhance broth for my southern beans, greens, & peas therefore I do not want additional flavor profiles.
