Based on the brand I expected a decent hairdryer. Unfortunately, it doesn’t perform well and it takes ages to dry hair.

I had my old babybliss for almost 7 years and its motor retired so this has been a nice upgrade. The quality is 👌🏾I haven’t used the diffuser but this helps reduce my frizz in my currently ‘relaxed’/permed 4c hair.

This is a really good dryer which is quieter and more lightweight than many other dryers out there. I have long, thick curly hair and when I use this dryer it really smooths and tames my hair. I also like that it has a 3m salon length cord the cold shot button is truely cold and not cool like many other dryers. After two years of daily use I had an issue with my hairdryer when the hot temperature started fluctuating. I emailed the Conair customer care team and the same day they emailed me a prepaid return label to send it back via courier. Only 4 days after posting back they contacted me and confirmed that because the dryer has a 10 year warranty and couldn't be repaired they would send me a replacement hairdryer and even added additional warranty to the new dryer. What can I say but great dryer and fantastic customer service! Well done to the team for providing a great service and worth noting that if you have a problem with this dryer whilst under warranty they will resolve your issue very quickly. In my opinion this dryer is worth every penny! 👍 🙂

This is large and lightweight but such a strong powerful hairdryer without too much heat. I think this will greatly improve the quality of my frizzy hair. It’s blows quite strong so perhaps too strong for holding curls. (No diffuser included anyway). But it smooths and adds shine and dries my hair in half the time of my other hairdryer (which was a good brand).
