To Whom It May Concern, I would like to share my recent experience with a seller that deserves recognition. I had initially planned to play a joke on my friend by sending him a package containing a few bucks or something he really wants, like a small piece of a gemstone, cleverly wrapped in plastic. However, the tables turned when I received the package myself. To my surprise, it arrived in an atypical condition. The top lid was in pieces, but the 2x3 base remained intact. There was no tape securing the lid. I contacted the seller's customer service, and the kind lady I spoke with provided me with a video tutorial on how to reassemble the package. Showing compassion and understanding, she also offered me a 50% discount as a gesture of goodwill. I truly appreciated her assistance and took it upon myself to leave this feedback. Throughout my numerous experiences with online purchases, especially electronics, I have encountered various issues. However, this is only the second time a seller, not even Amazon, has refunded me without requesting a return. While the item itself was not broken, it required some time consuming adjustments, which I was able to do following the instructions provided. I believe that exceptional sellers often go unnoticed and underappreciated. Moreover, I must highlight the quality of the product itself. Though it may have a slightly different texture and not be as smooth as expected, I personally find it amazing. In fact, I am considering purchasing another one after I have played the prank on my friend. For those who may find the product less smooth, I would recommend adding some lubricant. We should acknowledge the effort put into designing this product, particularly considering the intricate circular piece taken out of the middle that may pose a challenge Once again, I extend my gratitude to the seller for their excellent customer service and the remarkable product they offer. I purchased this cube for myself. It comes solved and when taking off the top layer you need to be careful as the parts do not have a center support system, so it fall apart. This is stated in the packaging, so it shouldn't be a surprise. Once scrambled, it will be tight and a lot of fun. It is one of the coolest puzzles i own.

When you solve it if you are rough with it it will fall apart and you have a different puzzle to deal with to get it back together but it is a really cool toy

The cube works, but it feels very tight and notchy. It is a cool display piece and I love it for display purposes, but to actually solve it frequently would be maddening if you have any intentions of being quick about it. You'll want to be gentle with it, but if pieces come out when the hidden door is open they are easy enough to get back in order. All in all a decent product, but not really meant for frequent or fast solving.

I quite like the Treasure Chest; it's probably my favorite of the Rubik's cube-like toys that I own. The top can fall apart if you're not careful, but after learning to put it back together it's not a huge deal. I do have two problems with the cube though: -The color scheme is messed up. The white and yellow should be switched. -The stickers seem to be very poor quality. Even after minimal play, the stickers began to wear out and are very rough around the edges. Thankfully, both of these problems can be remedied with replacement stickers and do not affect my overall enjoyment of the cube.

I bought this for my partner's birthday, because they really love solving Rubik's Cubes! I put a locket inside and it fit perfectly! I do recommend that you do wrap whatever you put inside, whether in paper or foil, or just placing inside a very small bag, so that small parts don't end up getting stuck in corners as you close it. Definitely worth getting for a fun surprise for family, friends, or loved ones who like puzzles!

...cool none the less. Put a gift inside and will be giving this one to my Nephew for Christmas. He'll have to solve it to get the prize. lololololol :)
