Bought this a year back ..quite rigid and holds the iPad very nicely

Great quality and very useful.Its good for holding tablets on the back seat. Also its good for phone on the front side to record a video from a passenger view.Just make sure the width of the head rest is not very wide.For example it will not fit on Hummer H3
