This swing intrusion was not clear on wot bolt to use were . And when I order it . It said 2 swing I change it too one swing and still got two . I emailed seller and didn't get a reply to cancel it . And when I got the two .I sent an email to say I shouldn't have to pay for return I still didn't get a reply and I phoned the number on return from and that went to the warehouse the man at other end sort of gave me 1/2 of phone number I said it back to him and he gave me the right number witch was different to what he said first then I phoned the number and a lovely lady at other end , got it all sorted for me to have it picked up but still have to pay for return witch I think it's bad when if they read my email it could of been cancel a few days after ordering it .

Good points:Easy to assemble and looks OK. Good price .Bad points:Not the most stable - rocks from side to side quite easily when in use - legs are not the thickest and hence no doubt why.One leg already has significant splits - the manual does highlight what are acceptable limits , but I would not have expected such condition on arrival.I cannot imagine this will last long if in regular use - time will tell. As is typical, probably get what you pay for and hence why only a 1 yr warranty. In hindsight I should have gone for a more expense quality brand. (but cheap buy twice comes to mind ). I will claim for sure should this not last the year with my 3 year old granddaughter.

A good sturdy swing without having to dig up the garden, our son loves it.We had a slight problem with the one of the ropes fraying. Contacted seller with information, swing replaced no problem. Thank you very much.

Wood very split and definitely needs to be anchored into the ground or it lifts up. Need to budget for strong anchors and need a strong person to get them in the ground to make sure swing is safe.

Purchased for my granddaughter and it is fantastic. Took two to assemble. Needs to be fixed to the ground for better support for the frame.

Works well and looks good. Children love it . Seat ring makes sure they stay on it and can’t easily fall

Very disappointed as the item came to me all mouldy and had big deep cuts in the cross beam. No apologly from outdoor toys. 2.5 weeks to get a refund. This was a present for my daughters 7th birthday which upset me as she didn't have a present.
