My product came in broken, how do I get replacement?

Contact seller by email, it should be under my orders then click on the item, all the info you need should be there to get a replacement. Or just click on return to get a refund and chose where you would like to return the item

How do we know this contains PVC?

I suppose you’re asking if it DOESN’T contain PVC. The items are all wooden and comes in a wooden crate. There is Velcro connecting the different “veggies”. I have no clue as to what kind of paint is used...so that could be if some concern.
