This is an audio card with a knob on front - that is the job it does. This bundle (and that is what you buy here) comes with some good basic announcements which would be quite valuable to a business with no audio material ready to play. I did not need that. Additionally, you should be warned that at least two of the audio clips are meant to be jokes - things that no one would ever put in a message on hold. Funny, yes. For business... as a radio guy, I would never allow questionable audio content in the same area as material meant for broadcast. So for business - no.

Works great! I will update if that changes. I had a problem with static but I mostly eliminated it by reducing volume. Great little unit

Product is exactly what we were looking for; simple and works great. That sounds like a pretty basic review but try to find something these days that does what is advertised and does it well. Customer service does a really nice job too, I don't think you can go wrong with this MOH device.

Voice mesages are far apart, the person would have to be in hold for almost 3 minutes sometimes before hearing the message and the volume is very low, you can hear it when on hold but still very low even when turned all the way up. Would not recommend it.

easy to setup, helpful instructions.will recommend these unit for MOH, easy to change the songs if you need to.

Unit works great. It will play multiple files in the order they are saved on the drive.

The equipment worked perfectly! Was easy to set up and customize. Customers love having the music to keep them company while on hold.
