Great way to hit your protein goals
Hitting your protein goals can be a bit of a ball ache sometimes and let's face it, protein shakes aren't always the nicest thing to have. However these Yogurts and delightful and taste amazing. I use them on their own as a snack, with weetabix to make the cheese cake weetabix, in overnight oats or with a fibre one crumbled on top with some raspberries is an elite snack!

Purchased on Dec 20th. The shelf life of these are generally great and should last a while be it delivery or physically purchasing yourself so it was a surprise when I went to have one for the first time (since delivery date) and realise that they went out of date the day Before I placed order for them, all 3 of them too. Luckily a refund was granted but still.
