These are perfect for the $1 chapsticks. They donot slide out and are perfect way to keep them handy. They had absolutely no bad odor like some reviews mention. These are perfect for kids who lose everything at school. The carabiner hook is great to attach to backpacks. I cannot comment on how easily other thicker lip balms might fit but anything like chapstick or burt bees should fit perfectly.

Bought these along with a 5 pack of Chapsticks. Attached to gift bags at Christmas. Kept one for myself and one for kiddos stocking. They are a hit I keep it clipped to my purse and kid has it on his backpack. No more digging around for chapstick... NO MORE CHAPSTICK GOING THRU THE DRYER!!!!

Nor sure how sturdy they will be in the long term, but you get what you pay for, and you do get five of them...very convenient to put my chapstick in and hook it to the outside of my purse so I don't need to go fishing for it every time I need it. It would always get lost at the bottom otherwise. Highly recommend.
