I had this bracelet almost a year when the string broke, I love it & it's worn on a very regular basis. I knew it was a long shot when I reached out to Karelia Creations via their website asking for a resolution. Though it was well outside the return window, they offered to restring it for me for free! All I had to do was pay a few dollars to mail it to them. I'm happy to say I'm back to wearing my bracelet everyday again. They have so many other great products for both men & women - I'm hooked! I was excited to get this bracelet. After just about a week the finish wore off and if it got wet after washing my hands it left black marks on my clothes or whatever was touched by the wet beads. I reached out to the seller to find out what I could do to fit it ... or how to return it. They haven't replied. I was hoping for a solution so I didn't have to leave a bad review. But people should know how it isn't practical for daily living. Disappointed in the product and the customer service.
