Packaging was bad. The "P" and "T" does not make any difference.
The T and P are not working. The tone remains the same when we switch between T and P.The phone is worth the money paid. Build quality is not that bad as I expected it to be.Regarding delivery:It is strange to see the package from Amazon like this. Never expected. The package was open. Not even a tape to stick. The box was Beetel phone box itself on top which the address was pasted. I expected better packaging from Amazon. May be an Amazon hard cover and the Beetel box should be placed in that box so that people do not know what is there inside.Day by day, am losing the trust and commitment on Amazon!

High ringtone volume
Very useful. I wanted to use the phone as an intercom with high ringtone.This basic model Beetel B11 has a louder ringtone than the Beetel C11.It does not have a display. It's black in colour and has a normal pleasing look
