Ease of installation and great product. Everything about this hose reel is as specified and just a great reel.

Pretty good. It has a nice flexible hose and the mechanism works rather well. It has not fallen apart, which is nice.

No issues with this, I have it installed almost in the back of my garage and I can pull it so I can reach the end of the driveway with no issues. When retracting it may bind if you let it go too fast but if you do it slowly you won't have any issues. If it does bind just pull it a little and then pull it to wind it back and it works well. Since I live in a cold climate only time will tell if the hose will survive for a very long time. **Cross-Fingers**

Fonctionnement impeccable, le tuyau est assez souple donc pratique, l'enroulement se fait bien, mais il faut tout de même guider une peu le tuyau lorsqu'on sort une grande longueur sinon tout s'enroule d'un côté et ça finit par coincer.
