I had an issue with the delivery of this product which was no fault of Spa Chem.DPD gave me the mess around trying to deliver to the wrong house but once I had contacted spa Chem, Gavin went above and beyond to rectify the situation and take steps to make sure it didn’t happen again.Then followed up with a courtesy call to make sure I had actually received the delivery once it had been marked as delivered.I was super impressed with Gavin’s customer service and am very grateful for the extra work he put in to help me.I now have the granules and am also super happy with the product.Thanks again Gavin and Spa Chem for sorting me out!Highly recommend!
