Came with everything to rebuild pump. All o-rings were to spec. Housing gasket was good quality material. Boat is back on the water. Finally a DIY fix that didn't cost me a thousand dollars. FYI there are plenty of videos on the Tube explaining how to rebuild and bleed these systems. Whatever you do I would suggest buying an extra quart of hydraulic fluid and completely flushing your system. If your unit failed its likely from contamination. Waste an extra $25 and flush or you could spend $1000 later

Everything fit just fine, kit was complete! Installation was fairly easy, but time will tell more about the quality. I will update this review after a year...
