Bolt holes do not line up. The bolt holes for the gasket it came with did not even fit correctly. Stock hardware would not have worked anyway. To even attempt to make this fit you will need to drill out the holes to make them oversized so there is enough play to get both bolts started. Then you will have to go to the hardware store to get fender washers and longer bolts. Spend another $10 and get the rough country brackets. Rough Country Came with new hardware and the brackets fit like they’re supposed to. You’ll spend the extra money in hardware, time, and gas making these work.

The mounts are very sturdy and well made, but they are not symmetrical. One bracket holds the light higher than the other side. It is not a huge deal, but it does look a little funny on my jeep.

Put these on my wife's jeep. Heavy duty. Holes lined up perfectly and came with a rubber gasket material for between the bracket and paint. More than I can say for a higher priced brand that I put on my jeep.

Bolts right up. Holds my 7” led cannons with no issues. No flexing or vibration - very rigid.
