Have an extra set of hands to help with this because it took several hours on my own. Also, some of the items stickers that labeled which component they were fell off and or were never put on to begin with, adding extra time spent assembling because identifying each piece was not the easiest. Also, the instructions could use just a few more small details, like up and down arrows. More enhanced images would be nice as well. Honestly for the hassle it was to assemble, wanted to give it 1 star for all the frustrations. It's a relatively solid desk though. BUT THE BLACK SQUARE. WHY? I sincerely thought it was just a computer mat in the images. Just make the veneer one long piece. It would look better too. If it wasn't for the fact packing it back up would have been a hassle, I would have returned it honestly just because of this lame looking black square. This seems more like a $150 desk at best.

I really like this desk! It’s unique, and the perfect little work space for reading, studying, and writing. It helped me eliminate a lot of clutter.Be careful when you move it after assembling, for the only support on the right side is the cabinetry - so if you pull on it from the left side on a carpeted surface, it may bend the top of the desk or break the connection from the desk to the cabinet.It’s not a super dense desk, as I believe it’s just thick particle board, but it feels pretty sturdy overall.Only complaint was in the instructions. Look very carefully where small (and I mean SMALL) holes go, as it’s very easy to mistake up from down on a few pieces.If you want an affordable, but unique/rustic feeling desk, this a good find!

Like everyone else these days I am working remotely and I needed a small / medium sized desk to put in a bedroom.PROS: - plenty of desktop space, 2 drawers and a cubby. Looks nice and is fairly easy to assemble. I am pretty handy and it took me a couple of hours. plenty of leg room and it has a small drawer for hanging files. Looks stylish enough for me. Everything fits together fairly wellCONS: It is particle board with a veneer finish. Desktop is hollow. I had planned on permanently installing a dual monitor holder by drilling a hole in the top to secure it, but quickly realized that was probably not a good option so used clamp instead. Drawer bottoms are thick cardboard and not very big.OVERALL: This is a functional piece of furniture and you are getting what you paid for. It's a desk you won't get too upset if it gets scratched, and you know going into it that it will most likely last for a few years or until you have to move it a few time.

Took a while to assemble but not too bad. Attractive and able to have a durable area for beverage so finish doesn’t get damaged. Looks as pictured on site.

Pretty desk. Sturdy. Instructions are well put together and it is easy to understand, but it will take you a couple of hours to put it all together. The only negative about this desk is that the drawers are very small so if you plan to store a lot of hanging files this isn’t the desk for you otherwise a very nice desk.

Item arrived super quick, 2 days after ordering. Estimated delivery was June 3-8, actual arrival was June 1. Some reviews had mentioned broken or missing parts, after carefully unpackaging and inspecting all parts mine was in perfect condition, all parts accounted for, and nothing broken or chipped. Assembly wasn't horrible. Unwrapping to completion took about 5 hours without any help. I'm not super handy or anything like that. Instructions were plenty clear enough for me and extra screws etc. are included. Only negative for me is that the drawers are on the smallish side, but fine for my use. Printer fits perfectly above drawers.

overall really nice desk, very sturdy, offers a lot of space on the desk and a lot of leg room. the only reason im not giving 5 stars is because of the time it took me to put together. I’m not the terrible when it comes to putting things together but this desk took me almost 5 hours to build. Instructions were not that in depth and the pictures were not the best. Other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase and the desk looks absolutely amazing.
