I got this on a recommendation from a friend for energy. It defiantly worked, I do have more energy daily.

These pills reading recent literature are being touted as the new super-supplement for longevity, energy and cognitive ability. Whilst I cannot vouch for the longevity I can absolutely say my energy levels have increased dramatically since I started taking 2 of these pills daily. I do also feel more clear headed, no mean feat for a middle aged woman on HRT supplements. On the slightly less positive side these pills are big, so big it is hard to get them to the back of my throat far enough to actually pivot them into my throat to swallow sometimes. It is a conscious effort to drink exactly the right amount of fluid to avoid the pill stubbornly staying out when swallowing and there is a strange ‘chemical’ smell in the bottle which does not seem to be coming from the pills themselves, I can’t for the life of me describe it but it doesn’t seem to affect the content of the bottle. I would personally only take these in the morning, on the first two days I took these, in common with some other reviewers, I found myself having the equivalent of a panic attack or how I would imagine the start of a mushroom trip would feel when trying to fall asleep. It distorted my thinking and gave me feelings of urgency to do something and paranoia instead of drifting off. As soon as I switched my time to take them from early evening to morning however the whole ‘trippy’ experience at night stopped, thank goodness. I would not describe the effects as calming but I do certainly feel higher energy levels and an improved clarity of thought during the day.

Love this product it has cut down on my bloating.
