I love this stuff
I love this stuff! I can't say whether or not it's boosted my metabolism, but the day time ones definitely help me control my insatiable appetite without the jittery feeling. The PM supplements are my favorite of the 2. After taking them, I feel like I get restful sleep (which I usually don't) and I wake up in the morning feeling great, as if I hadn't had salt in days. Works great
These seem to work well at suppressing my cravings during the day. I keep forgetting to take the night one. But it does help me sleep. I don't get any jitters with these.

i have been taking for two weeks and still no sign of change. I will not be taking them any longer. I don't get extra energy or suppressed hunger, the pm I still have to take my sleeping pills to even fill a little bit tired.
