Been using this regularly for about three months now and I am very pleased. Does a solid job on making me flat. I usually have this on for about 5-7 days and the adhesion is very strong— works really well with sweat, I’m in marching band and we are outside for 12 hours every week. Though be aware: sometimes it may fall off if the tape has only been on for a couple hours before a workout. Upon taking it off, it is VERY sticky and has given me blisters but it is what’s expected- I’m not very patient. It will leave residue for a while and you’ll feel very sticky for a couple days. For my transmascs/trans men, I would highly recommend this as it gives you three rolls for the price of 1 TransTape/KT Tape roll and literally works the same. July 2025 (15 month update) From the time I started taping with this, I've only had to reorder new rolls 3 times (4 total including og purchase), so I average about 5 months with each. Given there are some weeks where I use a binder, but it is not often. The quality of this tape has stayed consistent throughout the 15 months, and I stand by everything I said in my original review. I have started working out and other activities (welding/woodworking outdoors, cardio, choreography) much more often than I did a year ago, so I have noticed that the extra strenuous activities throughout my week has made the tape lose structure a bit faster. I have also been suffering through the Texas heat so that might play a role too. But I have also worn this through ocean water and pool water and it has performed fine. I say if you sweat or work a lot then be a bit wary that you won't be as flat by the end of the week. This is not the fault of the tape though, I would probably expect this with any other brand too. All in all, I am very satisfied with the performance of this tape and would recommend it to anyone wanting to try out binding.

This may be thin? But I it’s better than any other tape I’ve ever bought even TT. I have very sensitive skin, and this is the only kind that hasn’t ripped my skin off in chunks (yes even after 20+ min of oil and warm water). The adhesive is fantastic, and if you need to fix a spot vs taking the whole thing off… this tape actually sticks to the other tape without peeling edges. So I can cut out a little 2x2 if needed and slap it over! Great stuff.

I've tried other tapes before, I use them for binding, and this one doesn't have the best hold as the edges peel pretty quick and it's ability to bind is subpar. it's not very resistant to water, but it's not awfully weak to it. Despite the weaker hold the residue is something else, it's very sticky and thick and requires a fair bit of scrubbing to even make a dent in it. The price is pretty fair for what it is though, compared to what else I've tried, and you get a good bit of it with your purchase. For what I need it for, it works just not well.

In the summer this is my go to for outdoor activities. The tape is makes me look flat, and is a cheaper and probably better quality option than TransTape. One roll probably lasts me about 3-4 months and is very strong. I’m able to keep it on for about 3-7 days. I do a lot of camping and hiking, so that shows how good it is. And it also does just fine in water. A lot of people under these reviews have been saying they get blisters/irritation, and yes you can get that. But how I prevent it/make it tolerable is by taking it off in the shower, or using some type of oil/lotion to dissolve the sticky stuff. If this review doesn’t entice I don’t know what will. I like the product so you might like it too

Used this for a couple of months now, and frankly, there isn't any reason for me to switch to anything else. The tape is long lasting, resistant to water (still firm after showers), and while technically weaker than official trans tape, it can be a little gentler when removed. That also depends on how long you wear it. The only downsides are that wrinkles are much easier when using, especially if you're a first timer; as well as the amount of residue it can leave behind after wearing, but aside from that I absolutely would recommend. It can get itchy from time to time, but not unbearable.

Support was good and removal was very smooth after a bath and applying lotion on top. I got one blister (just outside of tape area) and it left residue, but name brand transtape literally took off a chunk of my skin so anything is better than that lol. It did get slightly itchy sometimes, but not enough to make me want to immediately remove it (btw do not itch it cause it will get increasingly itchier). Would be good for those practicing their taping technique!

Great replacement for binders and cheaper than "trans tape." It doesnt add another layer, so you dont risk overheating in the summer like you would with a binder. Doesnt cause sensory issues from extra layers, you can wear it for multiple days, doesnt damage your ribs, easy to hide when wearing tank tops or shirts that show more of your chest, wearable in water and while working out. Certainly a learning curve, though, and can cause damage while taking it off (blisters, ripped skin) so you may have to buy oil and remove very slowly

Works well! Very sticky, almost too sticky. Alway use caution when using kt tape especially for binding. My partner experienced rashes and blisters from too much tension and the tape pulling the skin too harshly

Product is as shown, and has held up well in my use for chest binding. You receive 3 rolls of 10cm wide tape which is wrapped in a clear plastic before first use. Each roll is a continuous strip (no pre-cut strips like some other KT Tapes out there). The underside has a square 1cm grid with major dividing lines each 5 cm. Adhesive does not leave residue on the skin upon removal without the use of any water or moisture. Removal without any moisture is not painful (probably less painful than removing a bandaid). Did not irritate my skin or cause any chafing. If not applied well, or if re-application is attempted, sometimes the adhesive does not stick as well and may recede or peel throughout the day, but proper application (placing on clean, dry skin and rubbing the tape repeatedly and with a warm hand as you apply). In terms of binding specific needs, flattening will depend on individual body type and chest size, but with a smaller (34) chest and torso, this tape was very comfortable and breatheable while giving the flattening effect that is not often achieved without a binder.

I bought this tape as an alternative to Transtape as it's too expensive to ship to Canada. These 4inch wide rolls are perfect for small-medium chest size, and I used the Transtape binding tutorial the same way with these. Great adhesive, doesn't trigger a reaction for my skin and it stays on well through showers and physical activity. Have not tried it in saltwater yet though I imagine it'll work fine. It is slightly less stretchy than Transtape but it works perfectly well and I don't have to use extra pieces to get the same effect. I would recommend this to anyone looking to bind their chest.

IMO, this product has been by far the best for binding (esp for a large and heavy chest) for the following reasons: 1)price point 2) the strength of the tape 3) the length of time it adheres and 4) the width. The only criticism I have is how long it takes to deliver and sometimes it’s not available. Admittedly removal has been trial and error. I have found that soaking in oil, waiting 10-15 min and then a hot shower works best for me. I give you my word, I have tried many other products and I will keep buying this one.

I use it as trans tape, works pretty well to bind if you get the right technique down. Really soft material, I can forget that it’s on. I’m usually allergic to other tapes I’ve tried but nothing so far with this tape. Just make sure you remove it with oil, I use coconut oil. I usually leave it on for 2 - 3 days and the adhesive sticks very well, sometimes I’ll get a corner peel up but not often if I’ve cut it right.

Ive been ordering this tape for about a year now. It was perfect, until my last order, it was absolutely horrible. The seller changed the brand of the tape and the quality is insanely bad. Ive never dealt with bad skin irritation from them until this roll, firstly the adhesion sucks, it peels off fast, and 0 sweat resistance. The material itself is like cloth and it has barely any stretch. My skin is being damaged as we speak and Ive only been using it for a week or two. I really hope the seller brings back the previous stock cause this is genuinely horrible. Its very unfortunate too cause its the only pack i used to buy and now I'm forced to find something else. If you are using this to bind, or to do anything matter of fact, i heavily recommend you keep searching or until the seller declares that they have brought back the previous product.
