Yes the case was cracked but the foam eartips are fine, might wanna amp up the packaging a bit anyways on to the review. In the box you get six pairs of foam eartips sizes from small, mediumand Large. The eartips are soft they don't irritate my ears during longer listening hours unlike the rubber eartips that's a plus. Don't know how long they would last will update when they start falling apart.

This foam changes the frequency response of the earphone which I absolutely hate. I felt like it REDUCES VOCAL CLARITY. I'm using KZ ZSN Pro with Fiio Q1 Mark II and Spotify(Very High) as a source. Absolutely waste of money for me. QUALITY IS OKAY, not great which it has to be since you are paying 500 bucks.SOUND ISOLATION is as same as the stock silicone ear tip.It is soft and comfortable but failed to do its job.Also, the recovery time of the memory foam is very quick(2/3 sec). By the time your gonna insert into your ear it already regained to its original inflated form.NOT RECOMMENDED if you care about clarity.

They are good for audiophiles to upgrade their listening and to experience change of eartips.Eartips are more important then anything else choose wisely. Silicone Vs foam eartips.Silicone - These eartips are good and fitted me well and have more details in songs.Mostly For silicone tips your highs ( Treble) Is sharp and crystal clear sound.Foam - These eartips are comfortable if chosen perfectly eartips are more important.These eartips reduces treble ( highs) And Increases bass response and have better isolation then silicone eartips.The main thing you must choose right eartip according to your ear size.These eartips add warmth to the songs which i like the MOSTWhat i didn't like is comfort level of these eartips.I get so irritated after 30 minutes or 1 hour so have to plug them out from my ears.Another con - They are not durable and have clean them frequently.

These ear tips are pure gimmick or for someone who doesn't care about sound quality, as for me personally these were no good, as they decrease sound quality and bass effect drastically.Comfort wise they are good and you can use it for longer duration, quality and built is also good so far.

Well compared to the competition like comply they are equally good if not better, they do the job as advertised. They're value for money. There are two sets of foam tips and a case too. Highly recommended if you understand the superiority of foam tips. In short gives comply a tough competition.

This memory foam ear tips has good comfort level. I listen it for four hours and no pain in ears. The main thing the sound quality..... It increases the mid bass level but has poor sub bass response which I didn't like. So you can't enjoy low frequency notes. And treble crispness is also not up to the mark. I tested both silicone eartips and this memory foam tips in my cca c12 earphones. And treble response and mid bass level is more satisfying in silicone tips. One thing good about this tips is it cuts some of the irritating high notes piercing in your ears. Hope this will help you......

Very nice product.....Fit to any earphone...I have jaybird x3 ear phone....I am searching for good quality ear buds.... At last i got this product.... Good quality.... Now I am happy and enjoying music.
