These bars taste like brownies without the glucose spike you would get with a snack with sugar. The nutritional value is on the label. I keep on in my car during the months we have cold weather so if I need to eat on something when I am on the road it is right there.

Beware. I’ve been buying/eating BHU bars for three years. This particular flavor was/is horrible. It tastes stale and crumbles when you try to take a bite. I don’t know if it is the seller or the manufacturer. Sadly it is non returnable. Don’t waste your money.

I normally love BHU stuff they have been a god send for me being on a Keto life style because they are one of the few that have no Sugar alcohols in them…having said that this flavor was awful. :(.

OK, second product purchased via Amazon. Packed great, quick delivery, and totally overwhelmed with the incredible taste. Chocolate and Coconut!! Definitely repeat order!

I couldn't get through half of the small bar and unfortunately it's not a returnable product.

The ingredients are good and healthy and I've had them in other keto bars such as " kiss my keto" but the taste is tasteless borderline old and left on the shelf too long. Sometimes that's one of the few problems ordering from Amazon. You don't know how long it's been in the warehouse. I like buying in bulk but this time didn't work out.

Cookie dough flavor: The box the bars were packed in was covered in oil. Each un-wrapped bar was covered in oil. Did not feel like it was safe to eat this product. Straight in the garbage. This did not happen with dark chocolate coconut flavor. Won’t be ordering again. Recommend MAGIC SPOON cereal bars as a tasty healthy option.

While I have liked other flavors this one is dry and not enjoyable at all to eat.
