I previously blasted OUTDOOR/Team86Store for substituting Carrier part # HN51KC024 for Lennox part # 65C6901 and am now revising my review.Had I contacted OUTDOOR/Team86Store first, I would have seen how quick they were to make things right. I apologize for the previous review – I would be happy to work with this vendor in the future.The replacement part works fine, and I have no issues with it whatsoever. In the future, I will have that conversation first before submitting a negative review.
