Q: Will this work with super bulky yarn? I'm looking for a loom I can use with Bernat blanket or similar weight yarns.

Does not work with bulky flat yarns but did work with wool-ease chunky yarns.

Q: I see the instructions say to glue the peg. Which glue do you recommend? Hot glue?

Super glue isn't the best option long term. As super glue ages it becomes brittle and breaks. For long term get a two part epoxy. Loctite makes good stuff. Get the longest cure time for best results. 24 hour is best. Once you use this stuff those pegs wont budge. The plastic will probably break before your adhesion spot. Btw Ive worked with a variety of glues over a 20 year career as an Arrowsmith. We tried them all. Happy crafting!
