Ham Stand Jamonprive with Non-slip Pads

We couldn't be happier with this stand. We purchased our first leg of jamon and having a decent stand where the leg can be secured so that you can finely slice off the meat is essential. It is a time-consuming and precision task, so this stand has held up nicely. The base is thick enough to not move around and the 4 corner plastic dots mean it stays put on a counter while you slice.

stand itself is 5+ stars. very solid, good piece of equpiment, not wobbly, heavy, good, really good! it comes with silicone/plastic insertable cushions for good grip on tje surface....only best prasials for tje piece. i have an issue with shipping. it is fulfilled by amazone, i hate wjen u have to wait and wait untill it shipped. i waited for 5!!!!! days before it was wven shipped. to my likes and expectations i should have received item in 5days from point A to B. especially with ham stand. my issue was that i bought serrano ham with bone in, and by the time stand arrived, i almost finished the ham, -well, our whole family.... so, if you are in no hurry, this is a buy- no-brainer. i like good, strudy, solid, heavy, good quality stuff,- this item is the one! 4stars obviously for lack of efficiency.

I did a search for a jamon holder and there are a lot of VERY expensive ones. This was one of the cheaper ones, so I was worried about quality. However it's perfect! Great quality and looks fabulous!

This stand is very easy to put together. Our jamón ibérico looked majestic on it and stayed in place. The stand looks so good that even though it's quite easy to dissemble and put away, we are keeping it as a kitchen decoration (until the next jamón…)

For using it as a carving stand for a boneless prosciutto, we pushed a long steel bbq skewer with a metal handle through the meat. We wrapped the handle with fabric and screwed the pin tightly against the handle. With the non-slip pads installed on the bottom, it worked fine on a wooden sideboard for carving the dense meat with a sharp knife.

The Jamonprive Ham Stand is solid and well-built, perfect for holding a large leg of Spanish ham or Italian prosciutto. It’s definitely designed for bigger legs, so if you’re working with smaller cuts, this might not be the best choice. While it does adjust somewhat, I found that the bottom piece where the ham rests is too close to the edge, making it less secure than I’d like. A deeper or more central placement for the base piece would improve stability significantly. Overall, it’s great for big legs but not as versatile as I was hoping. With some design tweaks, it could be perfect.
