I have only had my Pebble time for a month or so, and the black outer edges on the front of the watch were already scuffed up badly and the screen had some minor scratches. They obviously didn't pick the best material, not very durable. So, I found this body skin. I wish they made a solid matte black version of this. But, the body covering for front and back were easy to install (using a hairdryer to heat the edges so they wrap around). I did not use the side or the button covers. The clear screen protector was a little more tricky. It took a couple tries. First time I somehow got dust stuck on the underside of the film, and it was hard to remove, even with the spray. I ended up having to spray my fingers and the film and rubbed until the dust came free. Then I sprayed the film and screen of the watch again, and slid it on. No bubbles! I just installed the skin and protector, so we're have to wait and see how durable it is, over time.

I love the look of this product on my Pebble Time smart watch. It was a little tricky to install but with patience I got through it. The on-line video instructions were helpful for placing the screen protector. However, there was no video instructions for applying the skin. The closest thing was for applying a similar type of product to a Samsung mobile phone. I believe that the best method is to aply the screen protector before applying the skin. In this way you can avoid getting the screen solution on the skin components. The phone skin video did help some by suggesting the use of a strip of the backing paper across the center of the face section to help center the skin around the watch face. The hair dryer was also a useful aid in softening the skin and smothing out any kinks. Only time will tell on how well this will hold up. So far, it looks like it is worthwhile.

This product worked well for me and their customer service was great. I had problems with the back when it was put on the device wouldnt charge. Their support team responded promptly and attempted to address the situation by sending me a replacement. The replacement was not the same skin, I did not discover this until today as I have been out of town for a while. I don't really feel I need a back so I probably won't bother sending it back. The application of the screen protector and the skin worked well. I watched the videos and it was all covered. I will buy this product again.

I purchased this to protect my Pebble Time (Plastic case black not steel) from scratches. I scratched the hello out of the right side on the face bezel a week after I got the watch. Before it arrived I put another scratch in the upper left corner of the face bezel.It looks odd in the photos. It is not really grey and black. It is actually all black carbon fiber. The grey is just because of the reflection of the light on its surface.It was easy to install, however I definitely recommend using a pair of tweezers or the tip of an x-acto knife to pre-position the adhesive sections before pressing them in place. They are very small and difficult to position correctly without using either of these methods.The front bezel ring is the hardest piece to position. I needed to peel it up 3 times to get it right and work the sides and top and bottom down before heating and setting the corners down. The back was a breeze. The small side pieces with a tweezers was also very fast and easy. I did heat set with a hair dryer all of the pieces and press them down again after they were all placed.The front display clear protector was also very easy to place. Because it comes with a bottle of special spray to position it you can slide it around until it is in just the right spot then squeegee the rest of the liquid out from under it after using the method shown in the videos on their website.The tweezers I used were inexpensive surface mount (SMD) component tweezers that you can get for a few bucks on Amazon, but they worked perfectly for this job! (See photos) Very sharp tips on the tweezers. Be careful they are very thin very sharp and bend very easily.

This product started to look a little banged up after just a few days. But to me, that's just fine, because I know this inexpensive, easily replaceable shield is protecting my expensive Pebble watch. It took a few days for the glue to really dry, but now I take it in the shower every day and it stays on perfectly. There are also no issues whatsoever with it covering the charging area. I highly recommend this to keep your Pebble safe.
