It’s ok, but not my favorite way to polish baby’s nails. The light from the product is blocked sometimes by the position of the attached sandpaper. It stops working depending on the pressure applied to avoid hurting the baby. It’s not amazing but for 8£ is quite fair.

Does it do what it says in the tin - yes, it’s a nail file for babies and is quite easy to use provided the baby is placid (such as right after feeding or during). The quality is very poor though - it feels cheap and tacky in the hand and I have low confidence in the long term durability of it. The size is good and the attachments meet my expectations and mostly I’m pleased with how it safely files my baby’s nails.

Had to modify the battery contacts with tin foil to get it to work as the positive end of the battery doesn't touch the contacts. The discs also spin wonky so very bumpy with trying to take care not to harm babies skin. Terrible quality, poor safety! Bought in advance for baby arrival. Never tried product until Feb so unable to return.

My son was born 3 days ago and has a habit of getting his hands up to his face and leaves scratches. While my partner and I do put anti-scratch mittens on him, his hands are so small that they do fall off from time to time, so we bought this product and tried it out for the first time today. It's worked so well and was incredibly efficient in shortening his nails to a safer length without him throwing a fit. So, if he does chuck his mittens off we at least have the peace of mind that he won't do any serious accidental damage to himself. We did try it on ourselves with the adult attachments, but the speed was just too slow, but won't mark it down at all because at the end of the day, this product wasn't bought for us and we can just use normal files.
