Pulse / Larsen NMOHFUD NMO style mounts convert from low frequency applications to high frequency applications and back by pulling or replacing the center pin and insulator. NMOKHFUD mounts has a 3/4" hole for mounting and include 17' of RG-58U dual shield coaxial cable with no connector. These mounts accommodate roof surfaces from 0.1" to .03". Use NMOHFTHK (thick) surface mounts for roofs up to 1/2" thick. Review: Long proven to be the best in the industry. - I've been using Larsen products for 30 years at work. Not sure why anyone would really want to cut corners to save a few bucks with the Chinese brands. Larsen has proven themselves in the public safety communications field for decades with quality products that stand the test of time. This is one of the best NMO mounts you can buy. High quality coaxial cable. Worth the slight price increase over the Cheap Chinese Products. If you are going to drill a hole in a perfectly good vehicle, why not invest in the highest quality mount you can? Review: Some of the best NMOs that Iโve dealt with - In dealing with emergency equipment and wireless control, I deal with NMO antenna mounts on a regular basis (both permanent and mag mounts). I must say, Larsen NMO mounts are by far some of the best that Iโve used. The quality is nice and the cable (wire) isnโt cheap garbage. I do have a couple suggestions though for people using this. 1. Use dielectric grease (silicone grease) on the o-ring (bottom of the screw ring that touches the car/electrical box) and 2. Use a couple of drops of blue, medium strength, thread locker on the ring threads before you put things together and tighten them down. 3. Put some dielectric grease in the cup of the antenna and on the antenna o-ring before you install it on the mount. This will help keep moisture out, help prevent rust and it will also help keep the NMO ring from unscrewing and staying in the antenna base/cup when you remove the antenna.

Required some heroics to install?
As provided, it is only suitable for thin metal applications. Mine was with a Bronco accessory mount having a 1/8" thick bracket. Had to do some major modifications with a Dremel tool to create bracket notches. Lost powder coat in modified areas so rust is going to appear at some point. Also had to cut off the connector to feed coax through the Bronco accessory port-not Larsen's fault. But the modified installation works well. Would rather that Larsen used low-loss RG-8X coax. The coax attach point at the NMO connector appears to be weather tight but I will slather bathtub seal on it anyway.

Weather proof housing
Used this mount on my 2024 jeep with a fender bracket. This Larson is a quality NMO mount with built in water protection. The all metal bottom mount protects the connections not like others that only have a plastic cover exposing the connections Excellent quality coax cable also

Larsen is one of the best
NMO mounts used to be more plentiful. Now you have fewer choices. Tram, Larsen, and some odd ball ones that don't require a 3/4 hole, but a 3/8 hole. As someone who switches out vehicles every couple years here in the salty midwest state of Michigan, take it from me. Larsen holds up the best, and stick with the regular 3/4 mount. Buy the 3/4 holesaw that they sell that's made for headliners too. makes easy work, and the collar ensures you won't drill deeper than you need to. This larsen mount seems to hold up to corrosion well when used with fender mounts too, such as those sold by Valley Enterprises. I keep coming back and buying this one. You should too.

6-months after installation, the included soft washer is brittle and cracking. No leak yet.
